Who is the artist behind all of these products?
The creator of all the products you see here is Francesca Magali. She is a concept artist + illustrator.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept and returns or exhanges as everything is made is small batches. If your order comes damaged or is missing, please email me at [email protected] and I'd be happy to help you.

When can I expect my order?
Once I receive your order, it'll be dispatched within 1-3 days.
Orders are packaged by me and shipped out via USPS First Class Mail via letter or with tracking.

What payments do you accept?
I accept all major credit cards including, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and Paypal.

Can I send my order as a gift?
If you are gifting to a friend, family member, etc, please remember to put their address so it doesn’t end up in your mailbox. If you are gifting an item and would like a special thank you message, please let me know in the notes when placing your order!

Do you ship internationally?
This store currently only ships to the US and Canada. For EU/UK orders, please visit my etsy store, https://etsy.com/shop/francescamagali
Etsy takes care of VAT and international charges that this shop cannot handle at the moment. I am actively working on fixing this.
